Purpose
 

This forum exists to encourage open discussion surrounding current events related to Frontier Airlines, the Frontier pilot group, ALPA representation, negotiations, MEC/LEC matters, operations, and issues impacting pilots and their families.

The goal is to create a place where differing opinions, perspectives, concerns, and facts can be discussed openly and professionally.

Expectations for Participation
 

Respect Different Opinions

Members will not always agree. Healthy disagreement is expected and encouraged.

Debate the idea, position, or argument — not the person presenting it.

Keep Discussions Frontier Related

Content should remain relevant to Frontier Airlines, the pilot group, union matters, negotiations, operations, scheduling, quality of life, industry developments, or related aviation topics.

No Personal Attacks

Personal insults, harassment, threats, intimidation, or attempts to target individuals are not allowed.

Criticism of decisions, policies, actions, or leadership is acceptable. Attacks against individuals personally are not.

No Censorship of Legitimate Discussion

Posts will not be removed simply because they are unpopular, critical, or present a differing viewpoint.

Moderation will focus on conduct, not opinion.

Professional Conduct

This board should reflect the professionalism expected within the pilot profession. Passionate discussion is welcome, but members are expected to maintain basic professionalism and respect.

Encourage Productive Discussion

Whenever possible, focus discussions toward solutions, ideas, education, accountability, and constructive engagement.

Strong pilot groups require open communication, accountability, professionalism, and the ability to discuss difficult topics honestly.
